This class is the next step up from our "Silver level" class.

"Gold Tumble will focus on learning somersaults; tucks, straights and fulls. Along with combination passes to somersaults"

(Min requirement- good execution multiple standing backhandsprings and roundoff backhandsprings with a rebound ready to start learning tucks)

Tumble classes are a great add on for our competitive team athletes to expedite execution and skills progression.

What to wear to sessions:
Most of our athletes wear a t-shirt and shorts. Socks are required and most wear stick it socks (air hop or similar trampoline socks). Clean trainers/daps or cheer trainers that are only worn indoors are also great to wear for classes
